Privacy policy

How WashMate collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our site, apps, and services.

We collect information you provide directly — such as name, phone, email, service address, vehicle notes, and messages you send through forms. We also receive technical data like device type, browser, and approximate region from standard web logs to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use this information to schedule visits, communicate about bookings, improve our offerings, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Service partners (for example SMS or payment processors) only receive what they need to perform their role and are bound by appropriate agreements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data where applicable law allows. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. We retain booking and account records only as long as needed for operations, disputes, and compliance.

Terms of use

Rules that apply when you browse WashMate properties or book services with us.

By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms shown at checkout or on a written agreement for commercial accounts. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability on this site are presented in good faith and may change. We may refuse or cancel a booking where safety, weather, access, or misrepresentation is a concern. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and location information.

WashMate and its crews may capture before-and-after photos for quality assurance or marketing only where you have given consent. Intellectual property on this site (logos, text, layout) remains owned by WashMate or its licensors.

Bookings, rescheduling & cancellations

What to expect after you request or confirm a visit.

A booking request is not confirmed until you receive communication from WashMate with a scheduled window. Same-day and high-demand slots may require phone confirmation.

You may reschedule or cancel according to the window stated in your confirmation message or contract. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover crew routing and lost capacity, except where prohibited by law or waived at our discretion.

If we cancel due to weather, equipment failure, or crew availability, you will not be charged for work not performed, and we will work with you to rebook where possible.

  • Provide safe access to water and power where our package requires it.
  • Remove personal valuables; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Payments & refunds

How charges work for catalog services and custom quotes.

Published prices are in the currency shown at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Taxes and optional add-ons will be itemized before you authorize payment where required.

Depending on the package, payment may be collected on-site, after service completion, or online through our processor. Refunds for prepaid services follow the cancellation policy above and any card network rules.

Disputed charges should be raised with us first so we can review visit notes and photos. We cooperate in good faith with valid chargeback inquiries.

Liability & vehicle condition

Important limitations so expectations stay clear.

Car care involves judgment calls about paint condition, existing damage, and environmental factors. While we follow careful procedures, WashMate is not liable for pre-existing paint failure, loose trim, aftermarket films not disclosed in advance, or damage caused by concealed defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit unless a higher minimum is required by applicable law. We do not cover indirect or consequential losses.

Commercial and fleet customers may be subject to separate master service agreements that supersede conflicting portions of this page where signed by both parties.
